I became interested in Alternative Healing 8 years ago after I was experiencing issues with foods and poor sleeping patters. I began my Reiki training in 2008 but it wasn't until later in 2009 that I realised Health Kinesiology was even more powerful. I was overwhelmed by how HK pinpointed every issue and thus found the cause. Once the cause is treated, everything else starts to work for itself.
I would say to anyone who feels overwhelmed with everything life has to offer. De clutter your space both at home and at work and this will enhance your healing. A cluttered space equals cluttered mind and stagnant energy. This doesn't just apply to objects but also to people and lifestyle's that no longer suit us.
